30 Day Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at All Printed Things. We have worked hard to bring you a variety of unique and quality printed products.  Our goal is to make the return process easy as possible to understand.

Any product that arrives defective, incorrect or missing items will be replaced immediately at no cost to the customer.

For an item to qualify for a return for other reasons than above, it must be unused and returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, and accessories.

No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please click here  to request an RMA number.  Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

Check Size Charts (Did we mention to check the Size Charts?):

When ordering any clothing, it is extremely important to check the size chart for that particular product. Even if you know what size you typically wear, we highly suggest you check the size chart as each item can be sized slightly different.

When returning a product we recommend using UPS or the USPS as they have tracking ability. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to exchanging or returning an item. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or missing items and needs to be replaced.

Please understand that we can only accept returns for products in brand new, never used, and unwashed condition. If you ordered multiple shirts, we suggest you wash only one and check the fit before washing all of the items.

All returns must be shipped using a carrier that provides a tracking number. All Printed Things is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

EXCEPTIONS:

Printed T-Shirts Restocking Fees (T-Shirts Custom Made Color / Size Selection)

IF RETURNING FOR CREDIT:

1 returned printed tee - 10% restocking charge
2-4 returned printed tees - 15% restocking charge
5 or more returned printed tees - 25% restocking charge

IF EXCHANGING FOR SIZE

1 exchanged printed tee - restocking charge waived
2-4 exchanged printed tees - 5% restocking charge 
5 or more exchanged printed tees - 10% restocking charge

Create Your Own:

Any product that has been made through the "Create Your Own" option is not returnable unless it is defective, incorrect, or missing items.

These shirts are deeply discounted and all sales are final. 

FREE SHIPPING Refund Amounts:
It is important to note that if the product you purchased qualified for a “Free Shipping” promotion, the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount when returning/exchanging a non-defective product. Paid shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.
